Ingredients

  • 500 gmboneless chicken
  • 1 cuphung curd
  • 1 teaspoonginger paste
  • 1 teaspoongarlic paste
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonwhite pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  • 1 tablespoonfresh finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 3 tablespoonsbutter
  • Chat masala for sprinkle

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate all ingredients except butter, chat masala and coriander leaves. Refrigerate for an hour.

  2. 2

    Soak skewers in water for 30minutes
    Coat skewers with butter and set 4nos of marinated chicken pieces.

  3. 3

    Heat butter in nonstick pan and shallow fry chicken malai tikka for 15mins from all the sides.

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle chat masala.
