Ingredients

  • 5Boil potato medium size
  • 100 gmwashed poha
  • 2chopped Onion medium size
  • 50 gmBesan
  • 2 tbspGinger, Garlic, Green chiili paste
  • 3 tbspFresh coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoonJeera pawder
  • 1/4 tspChat masala
  • 1Teaspoon. Lenmon juice
  • 1/4 tspHaldi powder
  • 1/2 tspJeera
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Oil for fry

Steps

10 Min.
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in bowl with light hand. Except oil.

  2. 2

    Divide in equal part.

  3. 3

    Make kabab shape.

  4. 4

    Heat oil. Deep fry kabab. You can shallow fry kabab on non stick tawa also.

  5. 5

    Serve with green chutni, tomato sauce.
