Ingredients

  1. 1 kgwheat flour
  2. 700 gmdesi ghee
  3. 50 gmkaju
  4. 50 gmkismish
  5. 50 gmbadam
  6. 50 gmalsi
  7. 100 gmgod
  8. 400 gmkhand

Cooking Instructions

    In 100gm ghee first fry gond. Take out and keep aside.

  2. 2

    In rest of the ghee add wheat flour till it turns golden. Take it out in a separate bowl and mix khand or bura in it.

    Grind all the dry fruits,also,gond and add in above mixture. Mix all and let it cool.

    Now make ladoos and serve with a glass of milk
