Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cupsketchup
  • 2 1/2 cupssoy sauce
  • 2 1/4 cupsagave
  • 6 cloveschopped garlic
  • Halfa onion
  • Halfa head of broccoli
  • 4 tspbasil
  • 4-6boneless skinless chicken breasts

Steps

  1. 1

    Defrost chicken, cut into bite size pieces, and place in crockpot on low

  2. 2

    Put broccoli in crockpot

  3. 3

    Stir all other ingredients for sauce

  4. 4

    Pour sauce on top of chicken

  5. 5

    Let cook for 3-4 hours on low stirring occasionally

  6. 6

    You’re done! Pour on top of rice if desired.

  7. 7
