2 1/2 cupsketchup
2 1/2 cupssoy sauce
2 1/4 cupsagave
6 cloveschopped garlic
Halfa onion
Halfa head of broccoli
4 tspbasil
4-6boneless skinless chicken breasts

Defrost chicken, cut into bite size pieces, and place in crockpot on low

Put broccoli in crockpot

Stir all other ingredients for sauce
4

Pour sauce on top of chicken

Let cook for 3-4 hours on low stirring occasionally

You’re done! Pour on top of rice if desired.
