Steps

Peel and chop carrots into chunks, then toss with oil and roast it for 20 minutes

Place carrots in a blender with 1/2 cup water. And blend it

Pour carrot puree into a bowl

Blend tomatoes and add to pot. along with 2 cups of water.

Heat pan add both puree add salt, pepper, garlic powder
