Slice onion thinly in an onion ring style.. and separate into rings

Melt butter on medium heat

Add onion to the skillet, and move em around so they're saturated in the butter.

When the onions start getting soft, add a dash or two of brandy n turn the heat to low. Let em simmer a minute or 2

Remove from heat when they're a caramel brown color. U can smother a steak with em, or put em on a burger. But they're so good u can eat em anyway u choose! Enjoy...
