Ingredients

  • 4Bread slices
  • 1 cupBoiled potatoes/ aloo
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli/ lal mirch powder
  • 1 teaspoonCoriander/ dhaniya powder
  • 1 teaspoonDry mango/ amchur powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonGaram masala
  • 2Chopped green chilies/ hari mirch
  • a hand fullChopped coriander leaves/ dhaniya
  • to tasteSalt/ namak
  • Oil/ tel as required for deep fry cutlets

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a dough for cutlets by mixing all above ingredients in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Make 7-8 cylindrical shape cutlets.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, heat enough oil for frying cutlets

  4. 4

    Deep fry the cutlets on medium flame till they become crispy and golden brown in colour.

  5. 5

    Take them out on a tissue paper to soak excess oil.

  6. 6

    Yummy and easy 'Bread Cutlets' are ready to be served with ketchup/ chutney.
