Mixed Dal Dhokla

Wash the lentils and soak in water for 5 hours.

Drain water and then grind it in a mixer to make a smooth paste for batter.

Grease the dhokla stand with some oil. Add remaining ingredients (except baking power and eno) in above dal batter. Mix well.

Add eno and baking powder and mix with a light hand. Pour the batter in dhokla stand immediately and steam for 20 minutes on medium flame.

FOR TADKA - Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it. When seeds starts crackling, add curry leaves and chopped green chilies. Mix the remaining ingredients of tadka and switch off the gas.

When dhokla and tadka cools down, cut the dhoklas in pieces and pour tadka over it.

Yummy and healthy 'Mixed Dal Dhokla' is ready to be served with chutney!
