Ingredients

  1. 250 gmPaneer cubes
  2. 2 tbspSchezwan sauce
  3. 1/2 cupHung curd
  4. Salt
  5. 2Diced onion
  6. 2Diced capsicum

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add all the above ingredients..

  2. 2

    Mix it well.. marinate it for 4-5 hours..

  3. 3

    You can cook it in tandoor.. pan.. griller.. air frier..

  4. 4

    If you want tandoori flav.. heat the koyla put it in the katori add ghee and cover the paneer for 1-2 minutes.. tandoori flav ready..

  5. 5

    For air frier pre heat at 180 degree for 5 min.. then add marinated pneer..drizzle little oil and bake for 15 min.
