Ingredients

  • 8-10puri
  • 2boil and mashed potsto
  • Halfbowl red chutney
  • 2big spoon green chutni
  • Big bowl smooth curd
  • Halfcup save
  • 2 spoonChat masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1 spoonRoasted jeera powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mashed all potato, mix little green chutney, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala and keep a side.

  2. 2

    Now take puri and make a small hole on the top side, add potato stuffing, smooth curd, sprinkle, red chutney and green chutney.Garnish with crispy sev and serve immediately.

  3. 3

    Yummy tastey save dahi puri ready to eat.
