Ingredients

  • 100 gmSwajhne (drumstick)
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • 2Onion chopped
  • 4Tomato chopped
  • Haldi
  • 1 tspLal mirch
  • 1/4 tspZeera powder
  • 1/2 cupPeas
  • Hara dhania
  • 1 tspSabut zeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Take swajhne flower (drumstick flower) in a pan add water 3 cup water.. boil it for 15-20 min. Now drain the water and squeeze the fool.. keep aside

  2. 2

    Now take a kadayi add ghee.. zeera..onion saute for 5 min.. add tomato mix it well.. add all the masalas.. peas and fool.. bhuno for 5 min.. add little water and simmer it for 5 min. Sabji ready..
