2 servings

1 cupwheat flour
1 tbspdhania jeera powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspGaram masala
to tasteSalt
1 tbspkasuri methi
1 tbspoil + 3 tbsp oil

Steps

Mix all the ingredients except 3 tbsp oil and make a dough

Rest it for 10 minutes

Roll them into rotis

On a pan cook the thepla by applying oil on both the sides

Serve with masala dahi and fresh malai
