Ingredients

  1. 4medium size potato
  2. 1 tbsp corn flour
  3. 2 Cup water
  4. Half teaspoon salt
  5. Half teaspoon black pepper crushed
  6. Oil for deep frying
  7. One teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  8. 2 green chilli 2 green chilli roughly silised
  9. One teaspoon soya sauce
  10. 2 teaspoon tomato sauce
  11. Half teaspoon sugar
  12. One small size onion Petals
  13. 1/2 tsp capsicum chopped
  14. 1 table spoonhot and sour sauce
  15. 1onion chopped
  16. 1 teaspoonvinegar
  17. 1 table spoonCorn flour paste
  18. 1 cup water

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle ALU ko cheel kar finger shape mein cut kar lenge ar 2 minutes boil kar lenge.

    Ab Isko streiner se strein karke Sara pani nikal denge.

  3. 3

    Then add the corn flour and crushed paper in potatos and deep fry into hot oil.

  4. 4

    Heat oil and add spring onions, capsicum, Onion chopped green chilli chopped, and ginger garlic paste and saute.

  5. 5

    Then add hot and saur sauce, soya sauce, vinger and salt to taste and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add corn flour paste and mix well, add the fry potatoes and sauseces and salt and saute.

  7. 7

    Ready to eat chilli potatoes

  8. 8

    Serve hot chilli potatos
