
Sweet Potato Fries with Brown Sugar Cinnamon Dipping Sauce

Preheat oven to 425

Wash and peel sweet potatoes

Cut potatoes in to sticks to look like fries since, that's what they are, after all!

In a mixing bowl, combine oil and spices for the fries

Toss potato sticks in spiced oil

On a cookie sheet lined with foil and sprayed with non stick cooking spray, evenly spread potatoes. You may need two cookie sheets depending on how big the cookie sheets are

Bake at 425 for 30 to 45 minutes flipping and rotating fries every 10 or so minutes until crisp.

While the fries are baking combine ingredients for dip. Stir until well combined.

Let fries cool for about 5 to 8 minutes, then dig in!
