Ingredients

  • 4Multigrain or plai Bread
  • 1 cupBesan
  • 1Onion sliced
  • 1Capsicum julian
  • 1/2 cupCabbage julian
  • 1Carrot grated
  • 1Beetroot grated
  • 1 cupCheese
  • Salt
  • as per tastePepper
  • leavesCoriander
  • Water
  • Ghee/olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add besan..water..salt..hara dhania mix ut well.. batter should b like pakoda batter.

  2. 2

    Take 2 breads dip it from both side and put it on hot tawa..

  3. 3

    On the other side of the bread sprinkle all the veggies.. salt..pepper..

  4. 4

    Cook from both side.. at last add cheese on both bread and cover it with one another..

  5. 5

    Serve hot..
