preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 25 minutes

Sift flour and salt then cut in crisco

combine beaten egg yolk milk and add to flour mixture to make pastry for crust

Roll out dough on cookie sheet(1/2 of dough)

sprinkle with crushed cornflakes

Arrange sliced apples over cornflakes

Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over apples and cover with rest of dough

Beat egg white and brush on dough
