    Peel the potatoes and slice them in to cubes then wash

  2. 2

    Add oil in a sufuria put onions

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and peeled potatoes stir.

  4. 4

    Add water and salt. Allow it to cook.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with tea or beef stew
