Boil water-big katori and add sago-soaked for about 30 -40minutes and drain it's water. Add cardemom seeds-2 and let it cook on sim for sometime. When it about to cook,add chopped black grapes,Pomegranate pearls and rose syrup and let it boil and mix again on sim till it reduces and becomes thick and gooey like a jelly. Now switch off the gas and let it cool. - 2
Now shift it to a bowl and keep it in refrigerator to set for sometime.

Now demoed it into a serving plate and garnish with pomegranate pearls and serve chilled.
