Lachha Paratha – Flaky Bread

Mix 2 tablespoons of oil and salt in maida.

Make a dough with help of water (like roti dough).

Roll a very thin roti using rolling pin.

Cut the dough into slices like noodles, brush oil and combined all noodles.

Make a flat ball out of it and roll.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on the tava. Place the lachha paratha on it.

Shallow fry both side until light brown in colour and crispy.

Crush it a little bit by hand. Lachha Parathas are ready to serve!
