Methi ki leaves torh le or wash karke barik chop kar le.

Ab io ko chor kar sare ingredients ko ak thali mein mila le. Phir gram pani se atta ghuth le.

Dough ko ache se masalna hai.

Tawe ko gram Karein or methi ke dough ki choti choti bolls bana le.

Ab ak bolls ko sukha atta daal kar chakle par rakhe or hatheli par bi atta laga le or hathli se gol gol ghumaye.

Ab tawe par daal kar dono taraf se pachha le.
- 7
Phir oil laga kar dono taraf se sakh le.
- 8
Plate par rakh kar chutney ya Allu ki sabji ke sath maja le.
