Steps
- 1
Gather all your ingredients then Pre-heat the oven at 200°C
- 2
Whisk sugar and melted blueband together till light, then add the eggs and whisk together. (Melting is optional)
- 3
Add milk and mix
- 4
Sift flour mixed with baking powder into the mixture
- 5
Fold the mixture together till all the flour is incorporated then add raisins-I love sultanas/raisins(optional)
- 6
Divide the mixture into two and in one bowl add desired color. I used red
- 7
Fill your cupcake papers the way u desired. I started with filling half with the non colored then topped with the red

Reduce heat to 180℃ and place it on the middle rack. Bake for 20-30mins
