Maide ko chan kar usme thoda ghee daalkar moyan de. Ab curd daale. Thoda paani daalkar soft dough ready karein. 30 minutes ke liye rakh de. Ab chasni bana lete hi. Uske liye sugar and half glass water daalkar pakaye. Jab ek taar Ki chasni ho. Jaaye to gas band kar de. Ab daugh Ki Choti loiya bankar balushahi ke shape denge. Than oil garam kar slow flame per balushahi daalkar fry karein. Jab golden ho jaaye to chasni me add karenge. usme Elaichi powder b mix kar denge.

30 minutes daalne ke baad balushahi nikal lenge. Use dry fruits se decorates b kar sakte hi.
