These crunchy coconut candy are for sweet tooth and you can really get addicted. Super easy to make and super sweet 🤩. As a kid i used to make these and sell and got lots of goodies from the proceeds 😁.

These crunchy coconut candy are for sweet tooth and you can really get addicted. Super easy to make and super sweet 🤩. As a kid i used to make these and sell and got lots of goodies from the proceeds 😁.

Add the sugar and water in a pot and bring to the boil

Dice the coconut thinly and set aside

Then pour in hot water into the coconut and then drain and squeeze out water after 3 minutes

When the sugar and water mix on the heat begins to boil, pour in the squeezed coconut

Leave it to boil and thicken

Allow to boil until it started to form a thick caramelized syrup

When it begins to caramelize evenly, keep stirring and then when it's brown to taste, pour in a flat tray and allow to cool.

And there you go!! Crunchy heavenly coconut candy 🤗🤗
