boil noodles as directed on label

shred lemon peel, juice half lemon, cut remaining half in wedges.

season chicken with salt and pepper and 1 half lemon peel

heat 1 half teaspoon olive oil

add chicken, cook for 10 minutes, turning once

add olives, remove from heat

in microwave combine ricotta cheese lemon juice and 1 half teaspoon each salt and pepper

place dollop ricotta mixture in bowl and add pasta and chicken on top
