Cooking Instructions

Stir cheese soup, milk, and half the fajita seasoning in a bowl until mixture is smooth.

Cook beef in a skillet, drain fat.

Stir mushroom soup, water, chili powder, and remaining fajita seasoning to the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce heat and let it cook for 5 more minutes.

Place 3 tortillas into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, overlapping slightly.

Spread 1 cup of beef mixture over the tortillas. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining tortillas, Spread the cheese soup mixture over the tortillas.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the tomatoes and green onions if desired.
