Ingredients

  1. 1 canCondensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
  2. 1/4 cupmilk
  3. 1 packagesfajita seasoning mix
  4. 1 lbground beef
  5. 1 cancondensed golden mushroom soup
  6. 1/2 cupwater
  7. 1 tbspchili powder
  8. 1 1/2 tspdried oregano leaves, crushed
  9. 12(5-6 in) corn tortillas
  10. 1Chopped Tomatoes (optional)
  11. 1Sliced green onions (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Stir cheese soup, milk, and half the fajita seasoning in a bowl until mixture is smooth.

    Cook beef in a skillet, drain fat.

  3. 3

    Stir mushroom soup, water, chili powder, and remaining fajita seasoning to the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce heat and let it cook for 5 more minutes.

    Place 3 tortillas into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, overlapping slightly.

    Spread 1 cup of beef mixture over the tortillas. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining tortillas, Spread the cheese soup mixture over the tortillas.

    Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the tomatoes and green onions if desired.
