Steps

Follow the dough recipe exactly as in my "Vareniki" recipe.

The filling: Mix well all the ingredients.

Flatten the dough very thin and cut small circles.

Put a generous tsp of the filling in the middle of every circle and close well.

Boil water in a pan and add 1 tsp salt .
- 6
Cook the Pilmeni till soft . ( they should be on the top of the water at this stage)

Drain the water and mix with a little butter if you like , serve with sour cream and fried onions .
