Chop what you have left in the crisper and set aside: carrots, celery, cabbage, zucchini, turnips

In a soup pot, heat the olive oil over medium high heat and saute the onion till almost clear

Add the rest of the chopped veggies and cook about 2 minutes

Add the tomatoes, chicken broth and seasoning

Let simmer till vegetables are tender, then serve it up

Serve with a nice big spinich salad and grilled cheese sandwiches
