3 tbspwater
2 tbspinstant coffee powder
1 cupfresh cream
1 cupgrated dark chocolate
1 tspvanilla essence
1 tspbutter

in a small pan heat the water

add the coffe powder to it and let it simmer for 2 mins.

remove from heat and cool

in another pan heat the fresh cream and grated chocolate mixing continuously

when colour changes add the coffee mix,butter and vinalla essence.

mix well and cool at room temp unlil a little thick

serve in a bowl.garnish with some fresh cream

serve with any fruit,cookies or bread.
