1 packagesdark brown sugar
2wholegrain english mustard jars
1 mediumuncooked gammon/ham

Steps

1

line a large baking tray with foil..enough to cover the ham completely
2

peel off the skin and put to one side
3

place gammon / ham into baking tray
4

pack with brown sugar all over
5

top the sugar with the mustard
6

place skin back on and wrap the foil
7

place in refrigerator overnight to marinade
8

slow roast on a low heat until cooked
