Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled black whole gram (Kale chane)
  2. 1onion finely chopped
  3. 2-3green chillies finely chopped
  4. 2 tbspspring onion chopped
  5. 2 tbspgram flour (Besan)
  6. 1 tspginger paste
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. Oil for shallow fry
  11. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add Boiled Chana, spring onion, green chillies, ginger paste in a mixing jar. Grind in a coarse paste.

    Add chopped onions & all seasonings. Mix well.

    Apply oil in your palm. Make Kababs.

    Heat nonstick pan. Drizzle some oil. Place 3-4 Kababs in a pan. Shallow fry on slow to medium flame until golden & crispy.

    Serve hot with tomato sauce & green chutney.
