Add Boiled Chana, spring onion, green chillies, ginger paste in a mixing jar. Grind in a coarse paste.

Add chopped onions & all seasonings. Mix well.

Apply oil in your palm. Make Kababs.

Heat nonstick pan. Drizzle some oil. Place 3-4 Kababs in a pan. Shallow fry on slow to medium flame until golden & crispy.

Serve hot with tomato sauce & green chutney.
