Ingredients

  • 2large slices King fish
  • 2 tbspsNaga King Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tspRed Chilli powder
  • 1 tspcracked peppercorns
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspOil
  • Lemon wedges, onion slices and some chopped coriander leaves for

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the washed fish slices and pat them dry with kitchen towel

  2. 2

    Add the Naga King Chilli Sauce, salt to taste, red chilli powder and cracked peppercorns, mix well and marinate them. I Kept for 2 hours

  3. 3

    In a non stick pan drizzle the oil. When hot layer the fish and pan sear first for 5 mins in low-medium heat on both sides

  4. 4

    Now increase the flame and pan sear for another few mins and take off the heat

  5. 5

    Serve with squeeze of lemon juice, onion slices and chopped coriander leaves
