1tea bag
5 ozfresh gingerroot
4cinnamon sticks
1 tspwhole cloves
1 tspground nutmeg
12cardamon pods, crushed
2 quartalmond milk
1 cuplight brown sugar
2 tbspvanilla extract

Bring water to boil. Add tea bag and spices; let steep for 7 mins. Remove tea bag.

Add milk and brown sugar; stir. Strain through cheesecloth.

Stir in vanilla extract. Chill thoroughly. Serve over ice.
