  • 3 quartwater
  • 1tea bag
  • 5 ozfresh gingerroot
  • 4cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tspwhole cloves
  • 1 tspground nutmeg
  • 12cardamon pods, crushed
  • 2 quartalmond milk
  • 1 cuplight brown sugar
  • 2 tbspvanilla extract

    Bring water to boil. Add tea bag and spices; let steep for 7 mins. Remove tea bag.

  2. 2

    Add milk and brown sugar; stir. Strain through cheesecloth.

  3. 3

    Stir in vanilla extract. Chill thoroughly. Serve over ice.
