  • 1 loafWhite Bread
  • 1 canCoconut Milk
  • 1 canlychee
  • 1 canPineapple
  • 2 canSweeten Condensed Milk
  • 10 eachEggs
  • 5 eachEgg Yolk
  • 1Lychee Syrup

Steps

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    Turn the oven to 400℉

  2. 2

    Chopped the bread, lychee chunks and pineapple chunks to bite size

  3. 3

    Mix condense milk, eggs, egg yolks, lychee syrup and coconut milk to smooth

  4. 4

    Pour the egg mixture to the dry ingrediants

  5. 5

    Let the bread soak in the wet ingrediant for 10 min

  6. 6

    Bake the pudding for 1 hour
