3-4Fresh tomato
1/2 tbspFinely chopped garlic
2 tspFinely chopped onion
1/4 tspFinely chopped green chilli
1 tspFinely chopped coriander leaves
to tasteSalt
1/4 tspMustard oil

Wash and rinse the tomato

Grease mustard oil on the tomato and place on the wired rack in the microwave for 3 mins.

Once cooled,remove the skin of the tomato and mash it.

Add garlic, onion,green chilli,coriander leaves,salt and mustard oil and mix well.

Serve with chapatis.
