
Sticky Apple and Mustard Pork Belly.

Mix the marinade ingredients and coat the pork belly slices thoroughly. Leave for at least an hour to infuse.

Roughly chop the onions and spread over an ovenproof tray.
- 3
Lay the pork slices over.the onions and top them with any leftover marinade.
- 4
Mix the sauce ingredients and pour it around (but not over) the slices.
- 5
Place in an oven at gas mark 7 for 60-90 minutes (until the pork is crispy and coloured and the sauce has mostly reduced)
