Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast and let stand 10 min. or until foamy

Melt butter and let cool. Warm milk, add milk, butter and salt to yeast mix.

Beat in flour until smooth. Wrap and leave on counter! Leave on counter overnight.

NEXT MORNING: add eggs, vanilla, and baking soda.

Use waffle iron and it makes 8 large waffles.
