place a deep frying pan on gas,medium heat,pour 2 table spoon of oil then add the chopped onion let it fry for 1minute then add the beans,culiflower,mushrooms and asparagus to fry for 3 minutes then add the tomatoes with a pinch of salt and black pepper,cover to semmer for 1 minute then serve
