  2. 2 tbspolive oil,
  3. 1 smallonion chopped
  4. 2 largetomatoes in halfs
  5. 1 2/3 packagesbeans
  6. 1 2/3 packagesmushroom
  7. 1 3/4 packagesculiflower
  8. 1 packagesasparagus
  9. 1 pinchsalt
  10. 1 pinchblack pepper

    boil eggs till fim and tunder

    cut each veg in equal halfs

  3. 3

    place a deep frying pan on gas,medium heat,pour 2 table spoon of oil then add the chopped onion let it fry for 1minute then add the beans,culiflower,mushrooms and asparagus to fry for 3 minutes then add the tomatoes with a pinch of salt and black pepper,cover to semmer for 1 minute then serve
