Steps

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla till pale and creamy

Mix plain flour and corn flour together

Gradually sift flour mixture into butter mixture

Place dough in a bowl and cover with plastic

Chill in fridge for 30 mins

Roll out chilled dough to about 1cm thickness

Use cookie cutter to cut out desired shape

Sprinkle fine sugar over the cut-out cookie dough

Preheat oven to 180°C

Bake for 10mins. Swap top with bottom tray

Bake for another 10mins. Swap top and bottom trays while turning trays 180° around.

Bake for 4 mins. Swap top and bottom trays.

Bake for another 4 mins. Remove from oven.
