preheat stove/ fryer to medium heat.

cut hole in the bread using the open side of a cup.

butter bread lightly.

put the bread on the fryer.

after about a minute, add the egg. wait until one side is cooked then flip.

when done cooking, put on a plate and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

put butter and jam on the piece of bread that you cut out. eat it as a side!
