  • 1/2 cupDiced onions
  • 2 cupButton mushrooms
  • 2 mediumCloves of garlic
  • 16 ozFrozen spinach, thawed
  • 15 ozFat free ricatta cheese
  • 1 cupShredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 largeEgg white
  • 1/4 tspGround nutmeg
  • 14 ozTomato sauce
  • 14 ozCanned diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic
  • 14 ozUncooked whole wheat pasta Lasagna noodles
  • 2 tbspGrated cheese topping

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and set an over medium high heat as onion mushrooms and garlic saute until mushroom Great cuts off about 5 minutes. Eds vonage and cook until the water evaporates, about 2 minutes more. Remove skillet from heat and transfer to a large bowl. And ricatta mozzarella egg whites and nutmeg. Mix well to combine

    Mixed together tomato sauce and diced tomatoes in another bowl. Spooning 3 fourths cup of tomato mixture into bottom of an 11 by 7 inch baking dish. Top with 3 uncooked noodles. Top with 3 fourths cup more of tomato mixture and 1 half of a cheese mixture. Bread cheese mixture to make an even layer. Tops with 3 more noodles and fresh noodles slightly into cheese mixture. Top noodles with 3 fourths cup more of tomato mixture and remaining cheese mixture. Top with remaining 3 noodles preston noodles slightly into cheese mixture. Top with remaining tomatoes mixture. Sprinkle with grated topping
