Ingredients

  • 1.5 dlcream
  • 2.5 dlsugar
  • 1 dlhazel nuts
  • 2 tbspcocoa
  • 0.5 tbspvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Add sugar, cocoa and cream into pan

  2. 2

    Slowly heat to 120C while stirring occasionally

  3. 3

    Stir in butter, vanilla extract and coarsely chopped hazel nuts. Let butter melt fully.

  4. 4

    Pour into pan with baking paper. Spread out thin
