These rolled omelettes are to die for!!! So delicious and also appealing. And easy to make too!
Steps

Break eggs in a deep bowl and add the thinly diced vegetables (make sure they are very thinly diced or they fall out of the egg) Add the water, salt and seasoning and whisk properly

Place a medium pan on the fire and let it slightly heat up on lowest heat possible. Then add small part of the butter and grease pan with it.

Pour in little of the egg mix to spread on the pan.

Then cover with lid to set.

When set, gently start from the edge and roll with a flat spatula

Roll half way gently and push egg backwards towards the rolled part
- 7
Then pour in another batch of the egg mix on the unrolled edge and cover to set

Then roll half way again and press rolled part down gently with a flat spatula
- 9
Continue steps until all batch of egg is done the roll completely and press down with a flat spatula on both sides
