Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupsflour
  2. 1 1/2 cupssugar
  3. 2 tspbaking powder
  4. 3/4 cupoil
  5. 4eggs
  6. 1/2 cuphot water
  7. 100 gmschocolate
  8. 100 gmsoreoes (2 packs)
  9. 5 tablespooncocoa

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt chocolate in the hot water till its liquid

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients in one bowl pour in the melted chocolate and mix.

  3. 3

    Arrange one pack of oreoes at the bottom of baking tin and pour batter over it.

  4. 4

    Bake at 180 degrees for 60 mins.

  5. 5

    Note, you can add mint to get a great mint chocolate cake taste.
