Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoaked and boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
  2. 1/4 cupcurds (dahi)
  3. 1/2 cupfinely chopped parsley
  4. 1/2 tbsplemon juice
  5. 1 clovegarlic (lehsun)
  6. 1 tspdried oregano
  7. 1 tbspolive oil
  8. to tastesalt
  9. For The Garnish
  10. 1 tbspolive oil
  11. 1 pinchchilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients along with 2 tbsp of water and blend in a mixer till smooth.

  2. 2

    Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Garnish with olive oil and chilli powder and serve chilled with lavash.
