Peel spuds and slice those suckers thin horizant.ly. Place in bowl, season with 1/2 tbs of garlic

Double boil 1 cup butter, 3 cups milk , velvetta, flour.

Cut up onion and fry em up with 1/2 cup butter till their golden brown. Add to your cheezz sauce.

Dice your bacon. cook that crispy. Add to your Cheezz sauce and any other seasons you got left.

Start by layering patatoes and cheezz sauce in 8x13 pan 2 1/2 in thick. Finishing with cheezz sauce.

Bake for 1 whole Hour
