  1. 400 gboiled Githeri (maize and beans)
  2. 5potatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 2nyanya
  5. Dania
  6. Chumvi kidogo
  7. Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the onions with cooking oil, add tomatoes (chopped)

  2. 2

    Add Githeri with potatoes and stir while cooking

  3. 3

    Cook till potatoes are tender

  4. 4

    Sprinkle Dania and cook for a few minutes.

  5. 5

    Cool. Very nutritious
