Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 375°F

greese 9x12 baking dish with butter/oil
- 3
break chilles and wash out seeds
- 4
slice cheese into medium size pieces and place over chilles
- 5
pour sour cream in large bowl and soften up with mixture before beating in eggs well blended
- 6
add salt pepper to taste
- 7
pour mixture over chilles and cheese
- 8
bake 30 - 40 minutes
- 9
done when knife comes out CLEAN
