Grab ahold of a strongly pigmented eyeshadow (preferably one you no longer use or is old) this will be the colour of the lip balm.

On a clean plate and put a dollop of Vaseline on the plate (the amount of Vaseline depends on how big the container is and how much you want to make)

Get your eyeshadow and scrape it out into the blob of Vaseline until you are satisfied with the intensity of the colour (add more eyeshadow if required) and stir this around until all of the Vaseline is coloured. (Add any glitter if wanted)

Put your new lip balm into a small pot and enjoy :)
